| Dolla aka Roderick Anthony Burton II, 21 was shot in the Head and killed while waiting for Valet Parking at The Beverly Center in Los Angeles, California Monday Afternoon around 3 pm. According to TMZ, when police approached Aubrey Louise Berry, 23 (person of interest who was seen speeding off in a Mercedes SUV - also from Atlanta, Ga) Berry said he knew why they were there, raised his hands and told them he had a 9 MM gun in his waistband. He was taken into custody and charged. |

A spokesperson for Dolla, who released his first solo single, "Who the F--- Is That?" in 2007, said the rapper apparently had a dispute with some unidentified people, allegadely at the airport when he arrived on Monday to begin work on his album. "They followed him to the mall because they knew he was coming," publicist Sue Vannasing told the Times. Dolla later, died at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
